Section 246-215-09510 - Sink compartment requirements

(1) At a minimum, a PRESCHOOL must have manual WAREWASHING sinks as specified under WAC 246-215-04305.

(2) One of the WAREWASHING sinks may also be used as a HANDWASHING SINK, provided FOOD preparation and WAREWASHING occur at separate times.
