Section 25.44 - Verification of Eligibility of Program Participants

TDA and child care or adult day care center contractors or day care home sponsors must verify eligibility of CACFP participants for free and reduced-price meals according to RSA 226.2, RSA 226.6, RSA 226.13, RSA 226.15, and RSA 226.23.
