Section 25.45 - Non-Discrimination(a) TDA administers CACFP without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. TDA fully complies with the nondiscrimination requirements of RSA 226.6, RSA 226.22, and RSA 226.23, and RSA 7 CFR Parts 15 and 15(a).(b) A contractor must strictly adhere to and enforce the nondiscrimination requirements of RSA 226.6, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the American with Disabilities Act. Contractors must prevent discrimination against participants in CACFP.4 Tex. Admin. Code § 25.45
