Section 25.43 - Determination of a Participant's Eligibility for Free and Reduced-Price Meals

A child care or adult day care center contractor or day care home sponsor must determine a participant's eligibility according to RSA 226.2, RSA 226.6, RSA 226.13, RSA 226.15, RSA 226.17 - RSA 226.19a, and RSA 226.23.
