Section 0400-20-05-.136 - RECORDS OF DOSE TO INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC(1) Each licensee and registrant shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public (see Rule 0400-20-05-.60).(2) The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by paragraph (1) of this rule until the Division terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.Tenn.
