Section 0400-20-05-.137 - RECORDS OF WASTE DISPOSAL(1) Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of radioactive materials made under Rules 0400-20-05-.121, 0400-20-05-.122, 0400-20-05-.123, and 0400-20-05-.124, Chapter 0400-20-11 and disposal by burial in soil, including burials authorized before May 12, 19868.(2) The licensee shall retain the records required by paragraph (1) of this rule until the Division terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.
