(a) No motions in the nature of summary judgment will be entertained; but the claimant or subdivision, or both, shall have the opportunity to make a brief closing statement summarizing the facts and applicable law, and the Bureau will have the same opportunity.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § § 35.177 -35.180 (relating to motions).
