Section 89.31 - Investigation(a) The Hearing Examiner will have all necessary investigatory powers to obtain information relevant to the inquiry and may compel attendance of witnesses and production of documents by issuance of subpoenas.(b) Subsection (a) supplements 1 Pa. Code § § 35.142 and 35.145-35.152 (relating to subpoenas and despositions).
