Section 19.287 - For grants and assistance by departmentAN ACT
Making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the purpose of making grants and providing assistance to tourist promotion agencies.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The sum of $150,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, for the purpose of making grants and providing assistance to tourist promotion agencies.Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or immediately, whichever is later.
