Section 19.288 - For establishing program by departmentAN ACT
Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental Resources for the purpose of establishing and conducting a forest insect biological control program in this Commonwealth.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The sum of $250,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Environmental Resources for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, for the purpose of establishing and conducting a forest insect biological control program in this Commonwealth.Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or immediately, whichever is later.
