Section 260:135-1-2 - Director

(a) The Director of Service Oklahoma shall be the chief executive officer of Service Oklahoma and shall act for Service Oklahoma in all matters except as may be otherwise provided by law.

(b) The Director of Service Oklahoma is appointed by the Governor, by and with consent of the Senate, and serves at the pleasure of the Governor (47 O.S. §3-103).
