Section 260:135-1-1 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this Subchapter is to describe the organization of Service Oklahoma.

(b) Service Oklahoma, a division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is created by Section 3-101 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

(c) The primary statutory powers and duties of Service Oklahoma are set forth in Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

(d) The principal office of Service Oklahoma is located at 6015 N. Classen Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
