Section 150:45-1-3 - Scope

(a) During each program year, as administered by the State, financial assistance will be made available to recognized substate planning districts that have an approved annual work program that may include but is not limited to any or all of the functions and responsibilities delineated by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce in its annual "State Appropriated Funds-Substate Planning District Program Request for Qualifications."

(b) Only substate planning districts funded annually through appropriation to the Department of Commerce are eligible to apply for funding under the SAF-Substate Planning Districts' Program. Of those eligible, only those that are approved by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce in accordance with the rules of this chapter will be funded.
