Section 150:45-1-2 - Legal authority

The legal authority for disbursement of state appropriated funds by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to substate planning districts is found in the Oklahoma Department of Commerce pursuant to 74 O.S., Sections 5001 and 5003.6 and in the Department's annual appropriation bill.
