Section 624.2 - Termination by training facility

A trainee who is terminated by the training facility from State or Federal vocational training, because he has failed without good cause to maintain satisfactory attendance or progress in accordance with training facility standards, shall not receive a State training, subsistence or transportation allowance for one year after such termination.
