Section 624.1 - Refusal to accept training

A trainee who has refused without good cause to accept training pursuant to the provisions of article 23-A of the Labor Law, the Federal Manpower Development and Training Act, or any other Federal Act shall not receive a State training, subsistence or transportation allowance for one year thereafter.
