Section Pos 701.05 - Conditions of Grants to Institutions(a) Grants to institutions under the workforce incentive program shall be made only to institutions within the state offering approved programs in a workforce shortage area which shall have executed a grant agreement with the commission and provided a certificate of good standing and certificate of authority.(b) The grantee shall make institutional matching funds of its own available for expenditures under the workforce incentive program on behalf of students who are New Hampshire residents.(c) The institutional matching funds shall be from sources of funding raised during the fiscal year for which the grant is provided and shall not be reallocated institutional funds.(d) The commission shall make funds available to the eligible institutions based upon the ratio of an eligible institution's number of New Hampshire residents enrolled in an approved workforce shortage area program to the total number of New Hampshire residents enrolled in similar programs in the state.N.H.
