Section Pos 701.06 - Obligations of Grantees. Institutional grant recipients shall:(a) Provide, by the end of the academic year for which funds are provided, the commission with a list of their loan recipients, including the following information for each student: (1) His or her name, address, and date of birth;(2) The period of attendance;(3) His or her enrollment status;(4) His or her anticipated degree;(5) His or her anticipated graduation date; and(6) The amount and period of the award;(b) Require the recipients to sign 2 copies of the promissory note as stated in Pos 703.01(a) and personal data form and forward one of each to the commission office by the end of the academic year for which funds are provided;(c) Notify the commission of any change in a recipient's enrollment, award, or degree status; and(d) If the student consents, provide to the commission the student's social security number.N.H.
