Section Pos 701.04 - Institutional Eligibility

An eligible institution under this program shall:

(a) Have an approved program in a workforce shortage area leading to eligibility for certification or licensure in the shortage area;

(b) Have its main campus within the boundaries of the state of New Hampshire; and

(c) Make available to the commission annually, by October 15th, the number of full-time and part-time students enrolled in their approved workforce shortage area program(s).
