Section Pari 806.48 - Qualifications for Greyhound Kennel Master

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a kennel master's license under Pari 806.01(a) (19) shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a;

(b) Be able to lift at least 60 pounds in weight and carry it a distance of 20 feet; and

(c) Be able to run 100 yards in 20 seconds or less.
