Section Pari 806.49 - Qualifications for Greyhound Patrol JudgeIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a patrol judge's license under Pari 806.01(a) (22) shall:
(a) Be able to lift at least 60 pounds in weight and carry it a distance of 20 feet;(b) Be able to run 100 yards in 20 seconds or less;(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and(d) Have vision which is at least 20/40 in both eyes, or vision that is corrected to 20/40 in both eyes.N.H.
