Section Pari 806.47 - Qualifications for Greyhound Racing Announcer, Chart Writer, Lure Operator, Clerk of Scales, or Paddock JudgeIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license to act as an announcer under Pari 806.01(a) (15), chart writer under Pari 806.01(a) (16), lure operator under Pari 806.01(a) (17), clerk of scales under Pari 806.01(a) (20) or paddock judge under Pari 806.01(a) (21) shall:
(a) Have successfully served in on-the-job training during 150 races under the supervision of a person currently or formerly licensed in the occupational category in which the applicant seeks licensure;(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and(c) Have vision which is at least 20/40 in both eyes, or vision that is corrected to 20/40 in both eyes;N.H.
