Section Env-A 3210.10 - Recordkeeping and Reporting General Provisions(a) The AAR shall comply with all record keeping and reporting requirements in this part and with the requirements of Env-A 3209.05.(b) Any submission made in accordance with 40 CFR 75, Subpart F or Subpart G which includes data and information required under this part or under 40 CFR 75, Subpart H, shall be signed by both the AAR and the designated representative as that term is defined in Env-A 101.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 3210.10
