Section Env-A 3210.09 - Notifications

The AAR for a NOx Budget source shall submit written notice to the department and the administrator in accordance with 40 CFR 75.61, except that if the unit is not subject to an acid rain program emissions limitation, the notification shall only be required to be sent to the department.
