Section Env-A 3210.11 - Monitoring Plans(a) The owner or operator of a unit subject to an acid rain emissions limitation shall comply with the requirements of 40 CFR 75.62, except that the monitoring plan shall also include all of the information required by 40 CFR 75, Subpart H.(b) The owner or operator of a unit that is not subject to an acid rain program emissions limitation shall comply with the requirements of 40 CFR 75.62, except that the monitoring plan is only required to include the information required by 40 CFR 75, Subpart H.N.H.
