Section 687B.229 - Filing and approval of rates, rating schedule and supporting documentation required

An issuer shall not use or change the premium rates for a policy to supplement Medicare or a certificate unless the rates, rating schedule and supporting documentation have been filed with and approved by the Commissioner.
