Section 645F.978 - Transfer of mortgage servicing rights and obligations

A person shall not transfer mortgage servicing rights or obligations to a person unless that person holds a license as a mortgage servicer or is a person otherwise exempt from holding a license pursuant to chapter 645F of NRS and the Nevada Mortgage Servicer Regulations.
