Section 645F.979 - Mortgage servicing agreements

A mortgage servicer that acts as a mortgage servicer for another party, or a mortgage servicer that contracts with another party to service mortgage loans on behalf of the mortgage servicer, shall have a written agreement with the other party specifying the terms of the mortgage servicing agreement.
