Section 645F.977 - Compliance with federal law and regulations1. A mortgage servicer shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to mortgage servicing, including, without limitation, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq., and the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq., as amended, and any regulations promulgated thereunder.2. In addition to any other remedies provided by law, a violation of any such law or regulation shall be deemed a violation of this section and a basis upon which the Commissioner may impose discipline pursuant to chapter 645F of NRS and the Nevada Mortgage Servicer Regulations.Nev.
