Section 587.3394 - Requirements for labeling1. The Department shall issue labels for seed lots that qualify for labeling as "Nevada Sod Quality Seed" pursuant to the provisions of NAC 587.3391 to 587.3395, inclusive.2. A label issued pursuant to subsection 1 must be attached to each container of seed in a manner that ensures that the label will remain continuously attached until the container is delivered to the ultimate purchaser.Nev.
