1. The Department shall charge the applicant for any fees charged to the Department for seed submitted pursuant to NAC 587.3392 that is sampled out of State.2. The Department shall charge a fee of 15 cents for each tag issued for seed labeled pursuant to NAC 587.3391 to 587.3395, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 587.3395
