Section 445A.712 - "Municipality" defined"Municipality" means:
1. Any city, town, county, district, association or other public body created by or pursuant to the law of this State and having authority over the disposal of sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes; or2. Any Indian tribe or authorized Indian tribal organization.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.712
