Section 445A.713 - "Nonpoint source" defined

"Nonpoint source" means a source of waterborne sediments, nutrients or organic and toxic substances originating from activities involving the use of land, such as agriculture, mining, forestry, urban development or construction. The term does not include a discharge at a specific, single location such as a pipe.
