Rule 24.301.1217 - MANUFACTURER REGISTRATION

(1) Each manufacturer shall obtain approval from the department and be subject to Section 601 of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard as adopted by the department.

(2) Manufacturers applying for model plan review per ARM 24.301.1221, once approved, will be listed as an approved manufacturer in the state of Montana.
