Rule 24.301.1215 - INSPECTION OF RETAILER

(1) Bureau inspectors are authorized to enter any premises in Montana where units are sold or offered for sale with or without prior announcement. The bureau inspector may make visual inspections as necessary to determine whether units are being sold or offered for sale with the required insignia of approval.
