Rule 24.301.1221 - APPLICATION FOR MODEL PLAN REVIEW(1) Any manufacturer of modular buildings or modular building components shall apply to the bureau for plan review of a model or model group before construction.(2) The application for model plan review shall include the following: (a) the applicable plan, quality assurance manual, and system inspection fees required by ARM 24.301.1261;(b) the quality assurance manual as defined in ARM 24.301.1223;(c) the approved third-party inspection agency responsible for on-site inspections;(d) all applicable plan approval items provided for in chapter 3 of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard; and(e) the first page of the construction document shall include the wind load (Vult), construction type, seismic design category, and ground snow load.(3) If the permanent site location of the building is unknown (nonsite-specific), the building must meet the following structural design loads:(a) Wind load of 115 MPH.(b) Seismic design category of D.Mont. Admin. r. 24.301.1221
