Rule 24.301.1213 - APPROVAL OF THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY(1) Third-party inspection agencies shall meet the requirements of Section 401 of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard as adopted by the department.(2) Third-party inspection agencies shall apply on an application form supplied by the department and include the third-party inspection agency fee required by ARM 24.301.1261.(3) Once approved by the department, the third-party inspection agency will be listed as an approved third-party agency in the state of Montana.Mont.
