Section 37-1-7201-02300-103Sampling and testing of small quantities of miscellaneous materials may be waived by the Mississippi Department of Transportation on the basis of one of the two following methods:
1. Acceptance on the basis of visual examination provided the source has recently furnished similar material found to be satisfactory under the normal sampling and testing procedures of the Department.2.
