(1) A community mental health services program shall continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and performance.(2) A program shall continually solicit customer feedback on the quality of services and utilize this information to improve service delivery.(3) A program shall compile, analyze, and use data on service outcomes to improve performance.(4) A program shall promote consumer and family member participation in the design of programs and services.(5) A program shall promote consumer and family member participation in the evaluation of programs and services.Mich.
