Section R. 330.2804 - Community education

Rule 2804.

(1) A community mental health services program shall undertake activities to educate the general community regarding all of the following:

(a) Mental illness.

(b) Serious emotional disturbance.

(c) Developmental disabilities.

(d) Mental health.

(2) A program shall publicize the array of available mental health services and service eligibility criteria to the community.
