Section XVII-715 - Delivery of RecordsA. In general, delivery dates will be set on a first-come, first-served basis. The state archives reserves the right to postpone or rearrange delivery dates or accept records of an agency in special circumstances or emergency situations, if the archives staff or records management officer statewide determine such an action is necessary.La.
