Section XVII-713 - Arranging TransferA. After completing the archival transmittal forms for the items to be transferred to the state archives, the agency or donor shall transmit the forms at least one week prior to the date of transfer requested by the agency or donor. The state archives, after reviewing the forms, will contact the agency's or donor's contact listed on the transmittal to finalize the delivery date.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § XVII-713
