Section XIII-17937 - Physician CredentialingA. The commissioner hereby suspends physician credentialing pursuant to R.S. 22:1009 such that there are no credentialing requirements with regard to any and all licensed physicians who provide medical services to insureds identified in §17913.A or §17913.B between 12:01 a.m. on the effective date of the Emergency Rule and the expiration of the Emergency Rule as provided for in §17961La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XIII-17937
