Section XIII-17935 - Insured's Obligation to Cooperate in Claim ProcessA. The Emergency Rule shall not relieve an insured who has filed a claim before or during the pendency of the Emergency Rule from compliance with the insured's obligation to provide information and cooperate in the claim adjustment process relative to the claim.La.
