Section XIII-17939 - New Rate or PremiumA. For all health insurance issuers specified in §17913 C, any rate increases that were to take effect after the effective date of the Emergency Rule are suspended and shall be deferred until the expiration of the Emergency Rule as provided for in §17961B. For all other insurers, as specified in §17913 B, the Emergency Rule shall not affect the right of any insurer to file for and/or implement a new rate or premium for any insurance policy for the types of insurance enumerated in §17915.A if the new rate or premium has been approved by the commissioner.La.
