Section III-1707 - Investigation of ApplicantsA. Applicants for employment and those presently employed in the maintenance of criminal history records shall consent to an investigation of their character, habits, previous employment, and other matters necessary to establish their good moral character, reputation, and honesty. Giving false information shall disqualify an applicant from employment and subject a present employee to dismissal.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § III-1707
