Section III-1709 - InvestigationsA. Investigations should be conducted in such a manner as to provide sufficient information to enable the appropriate officials to determine employability and fitness of persons entering sensitive positions. Investigations of applicants should be conducted on a preemployment basis and the resulting reports used as a personnel selection device.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § III-1709
