Section III-1705 - Security ProceduresA. Affected agencies shall adopt security procedures which limit access to criminal history files. These procedures may include use of guards, badges, keys, passwords, sign-in logs or similar controls. Facilities housing criminal history record shall be so designed and constructed as to reduce the possibility of physical damage to the records. Appropriate measures may include physical damage to the records. Appropriate measures may include physical limitations on access, security storage for information media, adequate lighting, detection and warning devices, perimeter barriers, heavy-duty, nonexposed walls and closed circuit television.La.
