Section III-1703 - Environmental HazardsA. Affected agencies shall institute procedures for the protection of criminal history record from environmental hazards including fire, flood, and power failure. Appropriate measures may include: adequate fire detection and quenching systems, protection against water and smoke damage, fire resistant materials on walls and floors, air conditioning systems, emergency power sources, and backup files.La.
