Rule 761-400.25 - Fees established by the department

If the department cannot obtain the retail list price and weight for a particular motor vehicle model registered under Iowa Code subsection 321.109(1), the department shall determine a list price and weight.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.109, 321.157 and 321.159.
